Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the information housemoney holds about you at any time.

How to ask

• Email hello@housemoneycrm.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include the email and phone number you used, so we can find you.
• If you signed up on a real estate office's website, you can also ask that office.

If you used Facebook or Instagram

• In Facebook, open Settings, then Apps and websites, find housemoney, and remove it.
• Then email hello@housemoneycrm.com as above, and we delete what we received through it.

What happens next

• We confirm by email that we got your request.
• Within 30 days we delete your contact details, your messages, and your activity, and we tell the office you contacted.
• We keep only what the law asks us to keep, like the record that you asked us to stop texting you, so it never starts again.
