Agents and offices who use housemoney.Home buyers and sellers who contact one of those offices: on its website, a Facebook or Instagram form, a Google ad, a text, a call, or an email.
What we keep
What you give us: your name, email, phone, and what you tell us about the home you want to buy or sell.What you do on an office's website: the homes and pages you view, the searches you save, and the ad you came from (a Google or Facebook click id). We use cookies for this.From Facebook and Instagram lead forms: the answers you send, which Meta passes to the office you sent them to.From agents who connect accounts: their Facebook Pages and ad accounts, Google account, and email, only as far as they allow.Texts, emails, calls, and voicemails between you and the office, when it uses housemoney to send them.
How we use it
To get your request to the office you contacted, and to the agent who will help you.To text, call, or email you about homes when you agreed to that. Some messages are written or sent by software, including AI.To send you new homes that match what you looked at.To measure the office's ads: we may tell Google or Meta that someone who clicked an ad signed up, using a click id or a scrambled (hashed) email or phone. Never what you said.To keep the service working, secure, and free of spam.
Who can see it
The office you contacted and its agents, by the roles the office sets.Us, only to fix something or when you ask.Companies that run parts of the service, only to do that job: Cloudflare (hosting), Twilio (texts and calls), email providers, Stripe (payments by offices), Google and Meta (ads and measurement), and AI providers that help write messages.Anyone the law requires, or to protect people from fraud or harm.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information.No phone number or texting consent is shared with anyone for their own marketing.We never use an office's people to sell to someone else, and never share its leads with other teams.
Google data
When an agent connects Gmail or Google, we use that data only for the features they turned on: sending and showing their own email, and the Google features they connect, like Search Console.Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.It is never sold, never used for ads, and no person reads it unless the agent asks us to, for security, or when the law requires.
Your choices
Texts: reply STOP to any text and they stop.Emails: the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.Your account on an office's website: sign in to change it or close it.See or delete your information: write to us, or follow the steps on Delete your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as the office uses housemoney and needs it to help you, or until you ask us to delete it.Call recordings are deleted after 14 days.Proof that you agreed to texts, or asked us to stop, is kept longer because the law asks us to.
Keeping it safe
Everything travels encrypted, and the keys offices connect are sealed at rest.A standby copy every night, and a watchdog on the database.A slow screen instead of a blank one.
Taking it with you
Offices export everything in one click.Ask us to delete your account and we do.
Children
housemoney is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

When this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
