Stages that set themselves from what really happened. A stage an agent picks by hand is wrong the day they forget to change it. On housemoney every stage moves on its own, and the follow-up changes with it.
What are the stages?
Connect: not talked to yet.Learn: talked to, still learning what they want.Ready: price, area, must-haves, financing, timeline, and motivation known, moving within six months.Later: talked to, moving more than six months out.Listed: their home is on the market with you.Pending: under contract.Closed: past clients and sphere.Archived: off every list.
What moves a lead to the next stage?
A two-way conversation moves Connect to Learn. A reply to an AI text counts.Knowing all six things, with a move inside six months, moves Learn to Ready.A contract makes them Pending. The closing makes them Closed.A deal that falls through puts them back where their activity says.
Can an agent still pick a stage?
There is no stage dropdown.Agents flag a person instead: Hot, Not now until a date, or Do not contact.Every flag is a line on the person's timeline.
What changes when the stage changes?
How often each lead gets a call and a text.New leads get the most, early. Leads moving later get fewer.Past clients hear from you on their milestones.
What happens when a lead goes under contract?
Their listing alerts pause on their own, and so do their spouse's or co-buyer's.The monthly home value email waits until they close. If the deal falls through, the alerts come back by themselves. At closing, reports on the old address stop and the new home's report starts.
