What agents ask before they switch.

What does a real estate CRM cost for a team?
For five agents, the systems here run from about $42 a month for a CRM alone (Wise Agent) to $1,500 for a website, CRM, and lead tools (BoldTrail, CINC). Most charge extra for the dialer, AI texting, or setup. housemoney is $750 for five agents with everything included.
What is a good alternative to Sierra Interactive or Follow Up Boss?
If you want the website, CRM, dialer, and AI follow-up on one bill, housemoney replaces them for $150 an agent a month, month to month. If you only need a contact list, a CRM-only tool like Wise Agent or Cloze costs less.
Which real estate CRMs make you sign a contract?
Sierra Interactive, BoldTrail, Luxury Presence, and Top Producer ask for a year. Lofty, CINC, and Real Geeks ask for 6 to 12 months, Market Leader for six, and Ylopo for 90 days' notice. Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent, Brivity, Cloze, Placester, and housemoney are month to month.
Which ones charge a setup fee?
Luxury Presence ($2,500 to $5,500), Lofty ($500 to $2,000), Ylopo ($1,000 to $1,500), BoldTrail ($500 and up), Real Geeks ($500), and Sierra Interactive ($500 if you pay monthly). housemoney has no setup fee and moves you in free.
